The Pentair OMNIFilter BF7 Whole House Water Filtration System brings cleaner water to every tap by reducing sediment, dirt, sand, and rust particles from your main water line. Filtering this debris before it reaches your fixtures helps protect your water heater, washing machine, dishwasher, and plumbing, so your appliances can run more efficiently. Built on a heavy-duty Big Blue housing with 1-inch NPT connections, the BF7 is designed for high flow in larger homes and is rated for 10 gpm. A built-in pressure-relief button makes cartridge changes easier. In the box you get the heavy-duty housing, an RS6 30-micron pleated sediment cartridge, a housing wrench, and the BF35MB mounting bracket with screws. The BF7 operates at 30 to 100 psi and 40 to 100 degrees F and works on both city and well water. The RS6 cartridge lasts about 30,000 gallons or 6 months; replace it sooner if you notice a drop in water pressure or quality. The BF7 is backed by a limited 5-year warranty.
