Orders placed after business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping method is selected at checkout and will not be downgraded after purchase.

- Freight Delivery: 5–10 business days

4. Shipping Costs

We do not add hidden handling fees.
Free shipping promotions (if applicable) will be clearly stated.
5. Tracking Information
All shipments include tracking.
Tracking details will be sent via email once the order is shipped.
6. Freight & Large Item Deliveries
For large or heavy items:
- Delivery is curbside only
- Appointment may be required
- Additional fees may apply for:
- Limited access locations
- Re-delivery
- Liftgate service
7. Signature Requirement
Orders over $750 may require a signature upon delivery.
8. Delays & Carrier Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carriers
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect address provided by customer
9. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
- Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery
- Please keep all packaging for inspection
- Claims may require carrier investigation
10. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for:
- Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
- Additional shipping fees due to address corrections
11. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is refused or returned:
- Original shipping cost is non-refundable
- Return shipping fees may be deducted
